If ZookaWare Pro has a bug please contact us, we will fix the bug and release the fix in our next software release. We release new software versions every 2-4 weeks. Your ZookaWare Pro subscription will be extended for free for twice the amount of time it takes us to fix the bug (so if your bug fix takes 2 weeks to fix, we will add 4 weeks to your subscription for free).
